Directory - Susan Andrise, Kristin Wilson

The school directory is published in the fall and provides an alphabetical listing of student names, addresses, and phone numbers.  Additionally, the directory contains class lists, teachers, PTA officers and chairpersons.

Media Relations - Alicia Hirsch

This committee promotes school activities in our community by contacting the media about upcoming programs and projects taking place at the school.

Internal Communications / Website - Jill Young

The chairperson for this committee is responsible for building, coordinating, and maintaining the CWE PTA website as well as sending e-blasts via Constant Contact.

Yearbook -  Christine Noble

This chairperson is responsible for negotiating a contract with a yearbook publisher and meeting the deadlines that are agreed to with the publisher.  This person is also responsible for coordinating the activities needed to produce the yearbook.

Membership -  Kari Hines

The Membership Committee serves to recruit parents, teachers, and community residents for membership in the PTA.  This committee is most active in the early part of the year when membership drives are in progress. Volunteers are needed to conduct membership drives, including open house and to also maintain membership records.

Newcomers - Jennifer Reeves

The Newcomers Committee is responsible for helping new families feel welcome.  At the beginning of the school year we host an informal coffee at a nearby establishment for new parents to meet others and learn more about our schools volunteer and after school programs. Other ongoing duties include providing monthly school tours for incoming parents.

Open House - Polly Johnson

This committee plans an Open House, which occurs prior to the beginning of each school year.  Duties include calling other PTA chair people to set up displays and organizing the event.

Room Representative - Sharyn Harmon

The chairperson for this committee oversees the Social and Curriculum representatives from each classroom.
