Book Fair - Laura Morgan

This committee will work with the Media Specialist to organize the book fair by helping set up, decorate, and take down.  Volunteers will also be needed to work the book fair.

Legislative - 

The Legislative committee serves as an information gathering source, focusing on Fulton County educational issues and how the impact education at CWE.  People are needed to attend school board meetings and community meetings.

Helping Hands - Melissa Carr

This committee helps families and teachers of CWE celebrate occasions and provide support in times of crisis. The committee also coordination’s food drives and other services for needy families.

Grounds - Pete Capponi

This committee assists with the development and maintenance of the exterior school grounds.  Volunteers who can devote two to three hours per month are needed.

Copy Center - Laurie Uribe

The Copy Center Committee assists the CWE staff with the task of copying, laminating, and die cutting in the teacher’s workroom.  Volunteers are needed to donate two to three hours either monthly or weekly.  A calendar with everyone’s works schedule will be sent monthly.

Media Center - Liz Bolander, Kerri Farbman

This committee assists the Media Specialist with the task of shelving, checking out, and the returning of books. Volunteers are needed to donate two to three hours per month for these tasks. A calendar will be sent monthly. May also be needed for the book fair.

Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) - Jerri Hegwood

Many volunteers work to support our school.  Volunteers log their hours spent on school related activities when signing in on the computer.  The VIPS committee totals these hours monthly and sends them to the county.
